We offer wig consultations and also have a range of aftercare services, including wig alterations, wig resets, and steam treatments, to help you maintain your wig’s beauty and functionality.

Like hair, makeup and other kinds of grooming, how a person wears a wig is subject to their personal proportions, style and preferences. 

A wig consultation doesn’t just allow you to try different wigs, it gives you a chance to experience how they feel and even alter them to your preferences. A wig should ideally be an extension of your self-expression, you should not commit to a generic “off-the-shelf” style that may not fit your needs.

Yes, our wig consultants are all experienced hairdressers. During your consultation, we’ll work with you to find a wig that complements your natural beauty. We’ll discuss your preferences, consider your lifestyle, and guide you towards styles that flatter your features.

Yes. To ensure that you get the utmost privacy and the best experience, we conduct our wig consultations in private, one-to-one consultation rooms. Prior booking is essential.

Choosing a wig is a personal experience, similar to getting your hair styled or cut at a salon. While we wholly encourage you to come alone, we understand how some may need support during these times. To ensure the comfort and privacy of all Wills Wigs customers, we allow one (1) companion per customer appointment.

Most of our customers can bring home their wig on the day of their fitting! If you have any special preferences that need a wig ordered in, it takes about 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Looking after your wig is essential to keeping it in good condition. You can find our wig care tips here. Don’t forget to check the labels of your products as each product varies.

We run clinics at certain hospitals within a 10 mile radius.

Yes. If your hair loss is due to medical reasons, you may be eligible for VAT exemption on your wig purchase. To receive this, you will need to complete our VAT exemption certificate form which will be given to you during your consultation.

Yes, we supply to most hospitals within our area.

We accept cash, credit and debit cards.

Once wigs have been altered and resized to fit you, we are unable to exchange or refund your wig.
