I was born into a family of hairdressers, and when I was 17, my father was approached to supply wigs to the local hospital. This experience marked the beginning of our journey into the world of wigs. We decided to run the wig business alongside our existing hairdressing salon, allowing us to cater to a broader range of customers.
Upon moving to the Midlands with my husband, I felt a calling to devote myself entirely to providing wigs. In 1987, I took a bold leap by applying for my own NHS wig contract. This pivotal moment transformed our business, and Wills Wigs flourished to the point where we now employ a team of 8 dedicated people.
Nestled in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, our studio boasts four serene consulting rooms. What sets us apart is our devoted consultants, all seasoned hairdressers, who infuse each interaction with empathy and understanding. They hold a wealth of knowledge and experience in the realm of wigs, and more profoundly, possess the skill to genuinely connect with our clients.
